Here at Exceeding Wellness we are very grateful for your business and referrals- there is no greater compliment. We ask all new and established clients to supply a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure.
A 24-hour notice is respectfully requested for all canceled appointments. If you cancel your appointment after the 24 hour time frame or fail to show up for your appointment, you are subject to a charge of $100 to the credit card kept on file.
In the event that a patient has a history of two or more no-shows or cancellations, the patient may be subject to pay full service price to schedule future appointments per management’s discretion.
CONFIRMATION EMAILS AND/OR CONFIRMATION TEXT MESSAGE As a courtesy, we will send out an email or text message to confirm your service appointments 24hrs prior to your appointment date. Please confirm your appointment with a reply email or text. Please ensure that we have your current email address and cell number on file. Should we receive no response from confirmation message, a phone call will be placed.
Please arrive 5 –10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to complete paperwork or answer questions about the service you may have. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if that ever occurs, so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time, your appointment may be shortened or canceled if there is not enough time to complete the procedure.
At Exceeding Wellness we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment.
We offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept this condition.
Products: All retail products are final sale. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for the same product only. In accordance with federal law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason.
SERVICE REFUND POLICY
All treatments and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable and expire one year from the purchase date. Any unused services in your package will not be refunded.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the purchase date.
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation in the spa. Additionally, we ask that all guests silence their cell phones during each visit to the spa.
Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, Care Credit™, and Exceeding Wellness Spa gift cards; we do not accept checks.
We love having you as a patient, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
Our #1 goal is for you to be happy with our service and to love the results you achieve. We believe in full disclosure, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each of them. With this in mind, please be assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and which are medically appropriate for you.
